AVAILABLE POSITIONS

Front of house: Giulia currently has no front of house positions available. We rarely have openings for servers or bartenders, and only occasionally have openings for hosts and backservers/food runners. When available, front of house positions are posted on Boston Chefs.

Back of house: We hire chefs who have at least one year of experience in a fast-paced, upscale restaurant and possess a strong desire, determination and drive for excellence in the culinary craft.
